Order Processing

Standard orders placed Monday – Friday by 11am (Pacific Time) normally ship the next business day.

Peak holiday periods or severe weather may cause a slight delay in processing and shipment delivery window of standard orders.

Shipping Rates

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders of $120 or more within the U.S. It's applied automatically at checkout; no code needed.

For smaller orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

UPS Ground is our standard shipping method within the continental U.S. (Monday – Friday delivery only).

When we ship to extremely hot states or during hot months, we will use ice packs and insulated bags because coconut wax is soft and melts at a lower temperature than other candles. In these cases, we advise overnight shipping of your candle and making sure someone is home to bring your box inside so it doesn't sit out in extreme heat. Overnight and express shipping are charged at checkout.

International Shipping

We are currently working on offering international shipping. Check back soon or contact us directly.

Returns Policy

All sales final.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, if any part of it is damaged, please contact us via email within 5 days. Email your claim to Barbara@liliandkoi.com with the order number, an explanation of the damage and a picture of the damaged item and packaging.

To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for possible inspection by the carrier.
